Project overview

Founded in 2016, Guangdong Shuntie Holding Co., Ltd. is a member of Foshan Shuntie, located in Foshan City, Guangdong Province. It is an enterprise mainly engaged in business service industry. The registered capital of the enterprise is 150 million RMB, more than 99 percent of the peers in Guangdong Province. The Shunye Mixing plant of Foshan Shunde Road and Bridge Maintenance Co., Ltd. has a total investment of about 180 million yuan, which is one of the key projects of the state-owned assets system in Shunde District. It covers an area of about 22.5 mu. It is designed in the way of cement mixing plant and asphalt mixing plant, and constructed according to the three-star standard, which integrates environmental protection, intelligence, diversity and professionalism. The station is equipped with 3 production lines of 270 cubic meters of commercial concrete per hour, 1 production line of 360 tons of thermal reclaimed asphalt mixture, 1 modified asphalt production line, 1 emulsified asphalt production line, 1 set of recycled aggregate crushing and screening equipment, 1 set of asphalt flue gas environmental protection equipment, which can produce high strength cement concrete within C100 and various types of asphalt mixture.

According to customer needs and site characteristics, the R&D staff of Quancheng Machinery adopts "integral" design to customize personalized aggregate crushing and screening equipment for Shunye Mixing station.  Through an extended fully enclosed environmental protection corridor, the recycled aggregate crushing and screening equipment is perfectly welcomed into the second-floor building, from which the asphalt recovery material is successfully "entered the household", starting the first step of refining the "black gold".
