On August 19, 2021, the solid waste utilization team of Jiangxi Transportation Technology Highway visited our company for technical exchanges. This trip was led by Director Peng Ming of the Achievement Transformation Center of Jiangxi Transportation Science and Technology Research Institute, and Dr. Liu and Shen Gong accompanied him. Quancheng Machinery extended a warm welcome to the highway solid waste utilization team of Jiangxi Academy of Communications and Technology, and conducted in-depth discussions with the team on "how to improve the quality of the hot recycled mixture in the asphalt plant and the technical points of large-scale addition":
1. The pretreatment and material analysis of asphalt pavement milling materials are the key points to improve the quality of the finished asphalt plant hot recycled mixture. Quancheng Machinery has upgraded the asphalt milling material granulator to control the proportion of false particle size of the milled material after sorting the pellets; the Class A qualification material laboratory of the Academy of Communications conducted the inspection and analysis of the sorted milling material, Find out the linear law of the variability of asphalt and particle size in the milling material; jointly develop a new recycling formula formula, automatically convert the coefficient of variation, reduce the difference in the gradation of the recycled material, and control the finished material gradation of the asphalt recycled mixture. Improve the quality of finished materials.
2. In-depth discussions were conducted on how to reduce and improve the three major indicators of old asphalt and the reasonable addition of regenerants when a large proportion of recycled materials were added. The solution to the difficulties and technical points was reached in agreement, and it was planned to be jointly in mid-September this year. Conduct field experiments on a set of recycling equipment of our company located in Jiangxi.

This technical exchange has greatly promoted the in-depth strategic cooperation relationship between our company and Jiangxi Academy of Communications, the combination of theory and practice, and the landing of academic research, which is conducive to the promotion of domestic asphalt mixture plant hot recycling technology research and application.
